Warranty If your brand new bag or wallet breaks or doesn’t meet your expectations, we’re here to help. We always respect the warranty provided by our suppliers. And we help you to get your product repaired or replaced as soon as possible. Any costs incurred for returning a faulty item will be covered by us.
What to do? Send us an email on email@example.com explaining your complaint and preferably with a picture or two to illustrate the issue. Also mention your order number for our reference. After we’ve received that, we’ll make sure the issue is handled as soon as we can.
Returns Not happy? Don't worry! All items can be returned within 10 woking days. After reception of the items we will refund the purchase price or exchange the product with another one of your choice. Please note that items need to be in the original packaging, new condition, with tags attached, unused and without damage.
Just send us an email on firstname.lastname@example.org and we'll take you through the process. Shipping costs will not be refunded, and costs arising from returning the items are at your own account.
When returning an item, please make sure to provide a track and trace number so both us and yourself know where the package is. UNDSCVRD can not be held responsible for items lost in transit.
