frrry started with an A4 sized piece of leather folded into a wallet. This idea stood at the base of Ferry Meeuwisse’s collection and is very characteristic for his way of working. Coincidence and unexpected practical solutions are at the base of his ideas. And to start with, this led to a whole new type of wallets.

This was 2002, and since then the collection has been developing. Starting with experimental geometrical folding bags and growing towards bags that just look like using. The ideas are often about the construction of bags. Ferry likes experimenting with that and do so on an ever stronger basis of technical knowledge and experience. The collection grows with only a few new designs every year, but this does not coincide with the seasons. Ferry’s work is much more a personal story and has little to do with trends. Many of the designs stay with us for many years. And with the customers too.

frrry is one of those small companies where bags are made with lots of attention and care. Only the best materials are good enough and are made by skilled craftsmen. Based in Utrecht, The Netherlands, frrry designs have fans all over the world. And that is why we are happy to have frry on board.
